• Track and record all internal and external transactions.
• Managing all aspects of the proposed Med-Labs Diagnostic Center accounts based on the laboratory’s finance policy manual.
• Ensuring proper daily management, maintenance and updates of accounts duties like fixed asset registry, petty cash reconciliations, processing requisitions while adhering to finance and procurement policies.
• Submitting comprehensive monthly reconciliations on time.
• Managing payroll records, preparing trial balance and general ledgers, balance sheet, profit and loss.
• Ensuring that all statutory deductions are made regularly (Monthly or as required).
• Ensuring proper documentation, storage and custody of accounts records, both hard and soft copies.
• Ensuring that all MLDC accounts are always ready for audit; assisting in all accounts tasks assigned and any other tasks assigned by the management.
• Filling of all accounts records efficiently.
• Maintaining confidentiality of all documentation.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare budget and cash flow forecasts.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual audits.

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Accounting or Finance option), Business Administration (Accounting option) from a recognized institution.

A Master’s Degree in any relevant field will be an added advantage.

Possess a Certificate in Computer Applications.

Have shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
